courtyard entrance with access from both Fontanka Canal and
Ulitsa Rubenshteina. Courtyard has 24 hour security. 2nd Floor without elevator.
Restaurants, cafes, shops and more all within short walks.
Famous building is named after one of it's former residents
- Feodor Dostoevsky.

| Amenities:
Queen sized bed, TV, stereo, washing/drying machine, iron
& board, fan, cleaning service every 3 days
(optional extra cleanings for additional charge - please
inquire). All linens and towels provided.
Apartment also has a high speed ADSL connection available
for those clients bringing their own computers. This
is an optional service and costs €5 per day /€20 per week
for unlimited service.
