Directly on Nevsky Prospect, the main thorofare in the
historical Center of St. Petersburg. An elite location
between Fontanka Canal and Gostiny Dvor. Apartment is on the
3rd floor without an elevator. Entrance is from a renovated and attractive courtyard and through a
nicely renovated hallway with multiple secured doors.
24 hour grocery store is 2-3 minute walk. Small
convenience type store is across the street. As the
area is very trendy, there are countless restaurants, cafes,
and clubs within short walking distance. |

TV with DVD player, stereo, stand up shower, wireless
internet connection (€5 a day or € 20 a week for access),
washer & dryer, iron & board, kitchen (with stove/microwave/toaster,electric
kettle, cooking pots & pans, plates, bowls, silverware,
efficiency refrigerator, etc.) fan, phone with free
local calls, cleaning service
