  General Payment Information

Apartments

• A deposit equal to  one night's stay is required to reserve an apartment.   Deposits are not refundable as they are paid immediately to the apartment owner who then declines to accept other potential clients for your reserved dates. 

• The balance for the entire stay is due at time of move-in. 

• A few apartments require a key deposit, generally 40 Eur.  This is paid at time of move-in and returned when you move out of the apartment.

Visa Support & Flower / Gift Delivery

• Pre-payment is required for visa invitations, deliveries or any other service that would require us to pay money up front. 

• If original documents are required by your nearest Russian Consulate, you will have to pay for the delivery of the documents.  We will try to present you with different budget options depending on where you need the documents sent.

Airport Transfers / Tours / Translating

• Payment is due at the conclusion of the services on a daily basis. 

• We reserve the right to require a deposit on tour bookings during the summer season.

Payment Methods for Apartment Deposits, Visa Support and Flower/Gift Delivery

1. Credit Cards

• Mastercard & Visa are accepted.  Unfortunately, we are not able to accept American Express at this time. 

• 3% is added to all credit card charges to cover the cost of bank processing.

• An authorization form must be filled out, signed by hand, and either faxed or scanned and e-mailed to our office.

•  Some banks have fraud protection programs in place that automatically block charges originating from Russia until you notify the customer service number on the back of your card. 

2. Western Union Transfer

• Send to:  Oksana Leontivna Gumenyuk  /  Russian Federation / 192102 St. Petersburg / Strelbishenskaya 19  - 2.

• E-mail  Oksana@oksanas.net  the Master Control Number (MTCN), exact amount sent, your full name, and location from where it was sent.

Payment Methods When in Russia

• We prefer cash, preferably Euros or US Dollars at the appropriate exchange rate.

• We will accept credit cards but will add 3% to cover the cost of bank processing.

• If you are reluctant to bring a large amount of cash with you, you can use ATM or Bank machines all over the Center with relative ease.

• We do not accept Traveler's checks. 

Receipts

• We are happy to provide detailed receipts for all services rendered upon request.
