Most of people coming to Russia don't know Russian. It's not a problem at all. A lot of people know at least few words of English and they will be happy to help you for free on the streets or cafes and restaurants.
But sometimes there will be probably situations when you need an interpreter for meeting a friend or on a business meeting. I offer you my assistance in it. I charge 10$ an hour. Discounts are possible if you hire me for more then 5 hours or on a daily basis.
